About the project
RSAI Youth Education in Road Safety develops road-safety champions among secondary-school, college and university students.
Through training, mentorship, peer learning and community outreach, young people learn to identify local risks and lead practical awareness activities.
Scope of work
- Establish and support student-led road safety clubs.
- Train youth ambassadors and connect them with practitioners.
- Deliver school-based campaigns and community outreach.
- Monitor club activity and learning over time.

Documented outputs and progress
- 25 secondary schools engaged and more than 20 active safety clubs reported.
- 300 certified youth ambassadors reported.
- Approximately 1,500 students and school staff reached through campaigns.
