Our Team

Eric Gabriel Jenn-Judgges

Executive Director

Eric Gabriel Jenn-Judgges is an engineer and sustainable transport specialist, and Founder & Executive Director of Road Safety Action International (RSAI), operating across Liberia, Sierra Leone, and The Gambia. He has led RSAI's growth into a results-driven social enterprise advancing road safety, sustainable mobility, and infrastructure governance in West Africa. Working with national ministries, development finance institutions, and regional partners, Eric has delivered impact across road safety audits, corridor assessments, driver training, policy reform, and road maintenance financing. A systems thinker and institution builder, he approaches transport through integrated technical, financial, and governance lenses — including corridor-level work along the Trans-African Highway (TAH-7) and national capacity-building programs for drivers, auditors, and transport operators. His work blends field investigation, data systems, and policy advisory support to build technically sound, financially sustainable institutions with measurable safety and economic impact.
