Legal Support Project –
After road accidents, the journey to recovery is often charged with complications that
extend beyond physical and emotional healing. Legal challenges can compound the
difficulties faced by accident victims, leaving them overwhelmed and uncertain about
their rights and avenues for justice. Recognizing the critical need for legal advocacy
in these circumstances, the Traffic Accident Victim Assistance Program (TAVAP) has
initiated the Legal Support Project. This project stands to empowered and offered
victims access to legal expertise that does not only advocate for their rights in court
but also fight to secure the redress they deserve and help them navigate the
difficulties of liability coverage.
