About the project
RSAI supported FRED Engineering in the independent technical and road safety audit of the Fish Town–Kelipo road and the Sanniquellie–Loguatuo road under MRU/RDTFP Phase II.
The role covered traffic, transport, road safety, drainage, structures, field inspection and technical reporting across staged audit activities.
Scope of work
- Review design documents, specifications, quality-control records and progress reporting.
- Assess traffic-demand, axle-loading and pavement-design assumptions.
- Undertake field verification of roads, drainage, structures and work-zone safety.
- Document non-compliance and prioritise corrective measures.
